She lets it go once the muscles tense in her grasp. As intense as they are, Zari still has a lot to learn about John. For all her big self-talk, she is humble enough to accept the new information as it comes. Even she's not arrogant enough to think she knows John completely.

"I think you were doing just fine. You just don't like what it says." She points out frankly. Zari soon flops backward onto his bed to effectively pout/think over the situation. She's gonna take that as they were totally reading him. It doesn't seem so bad to her so she doesn't know what all this drama is about.

"Whatever." She reaches up to grab her phone to mindlessly scroll for a bit. Once again it reminds her why she never brings it in, she doesn't like the way it gives her an out because like a coward she absolutely takes it.
